Legendary DJ Silver Fox sadly passes away

This week has seen tributes flooding the internet following the announcement of the sad passing of Sark resident Roger Peters, the legendary DJ Silver Fox, who had been recently ill with pneumonia. At 87, he was still DJ-ing some six months ago and was known as one of the senior DJs around though with a very broad appeal with fans from young to old. An announcement on his Facebook page confirmed: It is with a heavy heart that we let you know that we have lost DJ Silverfox. He passed away peacefully after a short illness on 28th November. He will now be playing his next DJ set to the angels. They have been warned “No requests babe!”
Roger will be sorely missed on Sark.
