Sark Chamber convenes for its annual AGM

Last week saw Sark’s Chamber of Commerce convene for its AGM. With a healthy attendance, the meeting was hosted by Sheree Holly, the President, and Scott Sullivan as Vice President.

The agenda for the AGM included the approval of minutes of the 2022 AGM, Matters Arising, the President’s Report, the election of new officers and an auditor, confirmation of membership fees and Any Other Business whilst the Treasurer’s Report and audited accounts will be available from 30th June 2023 onwards.

Scott Sullivan stepped down as Vice President and Matthias Plunser stepped into the role, Dylan Shub replaced Harry Rauser as Secretary whilst the President has another year in office.

The topic of the potential for Port of Entry status was raised in A.O.B. with robust debate and the possibility of further investigation.
