Sark resident Sébastien Moerman has been recommended as chair of the IoSS board with Jeremy La Trobe-Bateman, Sark’s former Seneschal, recommended as a Non-Executive Director (NED) whilst interviews are continuing for the remaining NEDs.The restructuring is happening as a result of Chief Pleas’ attempt to remove the then board of IoSS directors in August 2020 causing a subsequent independent enquiry to be undertaken by Guernsey businessman Andrew Ozanne.
