Following the sad passing of Her Royal Highness Elizabeth II on Thursday 8th September 2022, a special service in commemoration of The Late Queen has been announced for Sunday 18th September 2022 at 11am in St Peter’s Church. This comes in advance of Her State Funeral on Monday 19th September 2022 which has been declared a national holiday in honour of her long and dedicated service to the nation. A 2-minute silence will end the state funeral whilst national mourning will be observed for a further 7 days in her memory.
